Official video: Massive Hurricane Rachel waves destroy Southern California Beaches! 25′ Backwash Waves and Flooding! by BEEFS T.V. on YouTube.

BEEFS T.V. filmed what Surfer calls a roughly 25-foot wall of backwash in Laguna Beach as Rachel’s swell slammed into an already elevated Pacific. The NWS called for 5-to-7-foot surf with sets to 9 feet, but tides over seven feet are driving the Orange County flooding.
