‘1,000 Waves an Hour’ Mega Surf Park Approved for Northern California

Placer County approved Alchemy Surf Resort north of Roseville, built around a 62-module Wavegarden Cove that can pump out up to 1,000 waves an hour. Developers are targeting a 2027 groundbreaking, then roughly 18 to 24 months of construction.
